For her 80th birthday, I wanted to give her the gift of love and gratitude from not just me, but from all those whose hearts she has touched throughout the years.

I pressed play and watched with bated breath. We were all sitting in the living room of my home, including my wife, our young children, and my parents. Everyone’s stomach was full after having celebrated my Mom’s 70th birthday at a delicious vegan restaurant (her choice!).
